Search for existing product in Zoho CRM by SKU
Zoho CRM is searched using the D365 BC item number as SKU to check if the product already exists in the CRM.
Decision: Product needs creation or update
Evaluates whether the product does not exist in Zoho CRM (no product code found) or if the product name has changed compared to the D365 BC display name. If either condition is true, a new product is created.
