Check existing business partner
The workflow checks SAP S/4HANA for an existing Business Partner (Person) using the Shopify Customer ID as an external reference to prevent duplicates.
Create business partner if missing
If no matching Business Partner is found, a new Business Partner as Person is created and assigned to the relevant customer sales area.
Validate existing SAP sales order
For order de-duplication, the flow checks SAP using the Shopify Order ID as an external reference.
Create SAP sales order
If the order does not already exist, a new SAP S/4HANA Sales Order is created with mapped customer and order data.
