Create new contact in Zoho Books
A new contact is created in Zoho Books using the SAP data. Company name, address details, and multiple contact persons (with primary contact identification) are accurately mapped to ensure complete financial records.
Update SAP B1 with Zoho contact ID
Once successfully created in Zoho Books, the system updates the original Business Partner in SAP Business One. It stores the Zoho contact ID, updates sync flags, and records contact-level references — ensuring traceability and preventing duplicate creation.
