Search existing SAP business partner
SAP Business Partners are searched using the Zoho Account ID stored in the custom field U_WBCUSTID to identify existing records.
Validate matched business partner
A filter validates the returned SAP record by comparing U_WBCUSTID with the Zoho Account ID to ensure accurate matching.
Create new business partner
If no matching record exists, a new SAP Business Partner is created using Zoho account information.
Update existing business partner
If a match is found, the existing SAP Business Partner is updated with the latest account and address details from Zoho CRM.
