How the template works
An FBA Inventory Summary event starts the run, and each item is searched by ASIN. Found items update SAP Business One and the UDT table and feed an OpenAI summary emailed via Microsoft Outlook; missing records and post-update mismatches go to Microsoft Teams.
Look up the item by ASIN
The workflow searches for the inventory record using the ASIN and checks whether it exists.
Alert on missing records
If no record is found, the item is routed to the missing records path and Microsoft Teams receives an error notification.
Update SAP Business One and the UDT table
For found items, an HTTP Request updates the UDT table and the SAP Business One item inventory is updated.
Check for item mismatches
The workflow checks the updated SAP Business One records and sends a Microsoft Teams alert for any item mismatch.
Email an AI summary report
Item data is added to a report table, formatted, summarized by OpenAI and sent through Microsoft Outlook.
