Amazon listings that lag behind Dynamics 365 Business Central lead to overselling and cancelled orders. Every minute, this template finds items flagged for stock changes, sums their item ledger entries, updates the quantity in Amazon Seller Central by matching item number to SKU and resets the flag through an HTTP request.

Inside the flow
How the template works
Every minute, the flow finds Dynamics 365 Business Central items flagged for stock changes and sums their item ledger entries. It pushes each total to Amazon Seller Central and resets the flag with an HTTP request.
Get ledger entries
For each item, the related item ledger entries are retrieved.
Sum the quantity
The entries are added up to get the available quantity per item number.
Update Amazon
The quantity is pushed to Amazon Seller Central, matching item number to SKU.
Reset the flag
An HTTP request updates the stock flag in Business Central so the item is not processed again.
