When orders ship from NetSuite, Shopify does not show it until someone finds the order and marks the items fulfilled by hand. This template starts when a new item fulfillment is created in NetSuite, finds the Shopify order through a metafield holding the NetSuite sales order reference, groups the line items by tracking number and creates the fulfillment in Shopify.

How the template works
The flow starts when a new item fulfillment is created in NetSuite and searches Shopify orders by a custom metafield that stores the NetSuite sales order reference. It then pulls the fulfillment order line item IDs, groups the items by tracking number and creates the fulfillment in Shopify.

The flow retrieves the item fulfillment record from NetSuite to get the shipped items and their tracking numbers.
Find the Shopify order
The flow searches Shopify orders by a custom metafield that holds the NetSuite sales order reference.
Get the fulfillment order line items
The flow reads the fulfillment order on the matched Shopify order to get the line item IDs to fulfill.
Group items by tracking number
Line items that share a tracking number are grouped as one shipment.
