How the template works
A Shopify order update starts the flow, and appse ai finds the SAP Business One sales order by reference number. It checks for an existing delivery and invoice by the customer reference (NumAtCard), then creates the delivery note, A/R invoice and incoming payment that are missing.
Find the sales order
appse ai gets the SAP Business One sales order by its reference number.
Create the delivery note
If no delivery exists for the reference, a delivery note is created.
Check for an invoice
appse ai looks up the delivery and any A/R invoice by the same reference.
Create the A/R invoice
If no invoice exists, a new A/R invoice is created.
Post the payment
An incoming payment is created in SAP Business One against the invoice.
