What This Workflow Does
Moving each Shopify order through order, invoice and payment in the ERP by hand is slow and hard to reconcile. This template starts on a new Shopify order, creates the customer and address in ERPNext if needed, then the sales order, sales invoice and payment entry, and emails an OpenAI written reconciliation report through Microsoft Outlook.

Inside the flow
How the template works
Triggered on a new Shopify order, the flow checks ERPNext for the order and customer, creates the missing records through to payment entry, then emails an OpenAI reconciliation report.
Check the order
ERPNext is searched for the order; if it exists, the flow goes straight to invoice and payment.
Check the customer
If the customer is missing, a customer and address are created in ERPNext.
Create the documents
A sales order, sales invoice and payment entry are created in ERPNext.
Prepare reconciliation data
A code step gathers the amounts and document references for the report.
Email the report
OpenAI writes an order to cash report and Microsoft Outlook emails it.
