What This Workflow Does
Shopify orders keyed into the ERP by hand cause delays, duplicates and typos. This template checks Shopify every three minutes for new orders, skips any already in Epicor Kinetic, matches the customer by email, creates the sales order and its lines by SKU, and writes the Epicor order number back to Shopify.

Inside the flow
How the template works
Every three minutes the flow takes new Shopify orders, skips ones already in Epicor Kinetic, creates the sales order and lines for the matched customer, and saves the ERP number to Shopify.
Skip existing orders
Epicor Kinetic is searched for the order, and only orders not found continue.
Match the customer
The customer's email is used to find the Epicor Kinetic customer.
Create the sales order
A sales order is created in Epicor Kinetic and read back for its order number.
Add the lines
Each line is checked against existing lines and added with SKU, quantity and discounted price.
Write back the ERP number
The Epicor sales order number is saved on the Shopify order as a metafield.
