How the template works
A scheduled check every 3 minutes queries SAP Business One for new or updated items and searches WooCommerce by SKU. New SKUs are created with name, price, dimensions, weight and an OpenAI description; existing ones get a calculated stock quantity, or zero if inactive.
Look up the SKU
WooCommerce is searched by SKU. Existing products are not created again.
Write the description
For new items, OpenAI turns the SAP Business One item details into a product description.
Create the product
The product is created in WooCommerce with SKU, name, price, dimensions, weight and description.
Update stock
For existing items, an available-to-sell quantity is calculated and pushed. Inactive or invalid items are set to zero.
