Flow 1 · SAP B1 stock transfer → Shopify multi-location inventory
On a set schedule, appse ai scans SAP Business One for the day's warehouse stock transfers and retrieves each transfer's item, inventory reference, quantity moved, and source and destination warehouses. It fetches the live list of Shopify store locations, confirms each is active, matches warehouse to location, and mirrors the movement — debiting the source and crediting the destination.
Flow 2 · Multi-source inventory sync, SAP ↔ Magento
On a schedule, appse ai pulls the latest stock changes from SAP Business One with updated quantities per warehouse location and sends each warehouse's quantity to its matching Magento inventory source, where Magento's multi-source inventory recalculates salable quantity across the storefront. Best practice is to push available-to-promise — on-hand minus committed sales orders — rather than raw on-hand stock.
Flow 3 · Multi-source inventory sync, Magento ↔ SAP S/L
appse ai pulls newly updated stock items from SAP Business One, breaks each item's stock out warehouse by warehouse so every location syncs independently, keeps only the warehouses that map to your online sales channels, and pushes source inventory into Magento.
Flow 4 · Multi-location inventory with AI aggregation
Every 10 minutes, appse ai queries Dynamics 365 Business Central for locations, open sales orders, item details and item ledger entries. An OpenAI node groups and sums physical stock per item across all warehouses, then calculates available-to-promise by subtracting quantities tied to open orders and applying a dynamic safety buffer — reporting zero to the storefront when true quantity drops below a critical threshold. Each warehouse is then mapped to its exact Shopify location and the buffered quantity written per location.
Flow 5 · ATP sync, 365BC → Magento
On a schedule, appse ai retrieves the latest item ledger entries from Dynamics 365 Business Central, capturing recent stock movements across all locations, consolidates them into a single working set, groups on-hand quantity by item, and pushes available-to-promise into Magento.
Flow 6 · SAP B1 inventory count variance → Shopify correction
appse ai runs a query in SAP Business One for the latest inventory, retrieves the matching Shopify product and inventory item, and a validation step calculates whether an update should proceed. If it passes, Shopify inventory is corrected and the synced quantity written back to SAP Business One to avoid redundant future updates. If it fails, the update is skipped and a Microsoft Teams notification goes to the warehouse team for review.
Flow 7 · Product & price sync across multiple locations from SAP B1
appse ai monitors SAP Business One every 3 minutes for newly created inventory items, so the product catalogue starts syncing to the storefront almost immediately — with pricing and location data carried across.
Flow 8 · Smart AI-powered inventory allocation, Shopify → SAP B1
Every 3 minutes, appse ai checks Shopify orders, verifies SAP Business One for duplicates, finds the best warehouse using location, stock, and availability, and automatically splits orders across warehouses when needed.
