How the template works
When a shipment is created in Epicor Kinetic, the flow filters it, combines its lines with the sales order and checks every required field. Complete data becomes an AI-generated EDI 856 uploaded to FTP/SFTP; incomplete data triggers an AI-written alert in a Microsoft Teams channel instead.
