What This Workflow Does
When Amazon FBA stock and SAP Business One stock drift apart, someone has to find each variance and post adjustments by hand. Starting from the Amazon Seller Central FBA Inventory Summary, this template posts a SAP Business One goods receipt or goods issue through the Service Layer for each stock variance, flags missing data in Microsoft Teams and emails an OpenAI-written report through Microsoft Outlook.

Inside the flow
How the template works
The flow starts from the Amazon FBA Inventory Summary, looks up each item in SAP Business One and calculates the variance. Increases post as goods receipts to InventoryGenEntries and decreases as goods issues to InventoryGenExits through the Service Layer, then an adjustment report is emailed.
Compare with SAP Business One
Each item is searched in SAP Business One, and the variance is calculated to decide whether the adjustment is an increase or a decrease.
Flag missing adjustments
If adjustment data is missing, Microsoft Teams sends an Adjustment Missing Report to a set recipient.
Post goods receipts for increases
Positive variances are posted to the SAP Business One Service Layer InventoryGenEntries endpoint as goods receipts.
Post goods issues for decreases
Negative variances are posted to the InventoryGenExits endpoint as goods issues.
Email the adjustment report
The data is formatted into a table, OpenAI writes the adjustment report, and Microsoft Outlook emails it.
