What This Workflow Does
New Shopify customers must be re-keyed into SAP ECC before orders and billing can run, and manual entry creates duplicates. This template picks up each new Shopify customer, checks SAP ECC for a match, creates the customer master only when none exists and writes the SAP ECC customer number back to the Shopify customer.

Inside the flow
How the template works
Each new Shopify customer is checked against SAP ECC. If no match exists, a customer master is created and its SAP ECC number is written back to Shopify; if one exists, the run stops.
Look up the customer in SAP ECC
The workflow searches SAP ECC for a matching customer record.
Stop on duplicates
If the customer already exists in SAP ECC, the flow ends so no duplicate master is created.
Create the SAP ECC customer master
If no match is found, a new customer is created in SAP ECC from the Shopify details.
Write the customer number back
The SAP ECC customer number is added to the Shopify customer to link both records.
