Every new Shopify B2B company has to be set up again in NetSuite with the right subsidiary, terms and pricing. This template starts when a company is created in Shopify, finds the customer by email, creates the NetSuite customer with configured fields such as EORI number and payment terms, retrieves it by external ID and writes the result back to Shopify metafields.

How the template works

Create the NetSuite customer
A customer is created in NetSuite with configured EORI number, entity status, subsidiary, sales rep, price level and payment terms.
Retrieve the customer by external ID
The new NetSuite customer is fetched by external ID to confirm the link between records.
Sync metafields back to Shopify
Customer metafields in Shopify are added or updated with the NetSuite result.
