appse ai checks every SAP Business One parent and child variant against the Magento catalogue on a schedule, creates what is missing, and links them.

About this template
Catalogues drift. A parent exists but two of its variants were never created, a new size was added in the ERP last month and nobody published it, and the configurable product on the storefront quietly shows fewer options than you sell. Finding those gaps means comparing two catalogues by hand. This template walks the parent and child structure on a schedule, creates whatever is missing, and refreshes the configurable product.
Key benefits
Inside the flow
appse ai runs on a schedule and retrieves the parent product records from SAP Business One DIS. For each one it looks the parent up in Magento and creates it only if it is missing. It then retrieves that parent's child variants, checks each variant SKU in Magento, and creates any that are absent. Once parent and children exist, appse ai updates the configurable product so the parent reflects its variants, and records that the run completed.

appse ai retrieves the relevant parent product records from SAP Business One DIS so it can establish which configurable products need attention in Magento. The ERP defines the structure the storefront is measured against.
For each parent, appse ai retrieves the corresponding Magento product details and establishes whether the configurable parent already exists. This is the first of two existence checks the workflow makes before it writes anything.
Where the parent does not exist, appse ai creates it in Magento. Where it does, the workflow continues without creating a duplicate, which is what keeps repeated runs from filling the catalogue with copies.
With the parent in place, appse ai retrieves the associated child variants from SAP Business One DIS ready to check each one against the Magento catalogue. Variants are handled per parent rather than as one undifferentiated list.
appse ai looks up the product details for each individual variant SKU to establish whether that child product is already present. A catalogue that is mostly complete only gets the writes it actually needs.
Where a variant is not yet in Magento, appse ai creates the child product so the new SKU can take its place in the configurable catalogue. A size added in the ERP last month appears on the storefront on the next run.
Once the required products exist, appse ai updates the configurable product structure so the parent reflects its associated variants. This is the step that makes the new option selectable rather than merely present.
appse ai writes the synchronisation result back to SAP Business One DIS, giving the process a clear completion point that can be checked from the ERP.
Reconcile the whole Magento configurable catalogue against SAP Business One DIS on a schedule, and close the gaps it finds.
01
The Magento configurable structure is aligned with the variants held in SAP Business One DIS rather than drifting from them between manual reviews.
02
A new SKU moves into the Magento catalogue through the scheduled run instead of waiting for someone to create and connect it by hand.
03
The parent existence check runs before creation, so repeated passes do not leave a trail of duplicate configurable products.
04
Absent child products are identified and created as part of the same run, so a partially published parent is completed rather than reported.
05
The configurable product is updated once parent and children exist, so customers see the full set of options on one page.
06
Parent checks, variant checks, creation, configuration and completion tracking all run in one process rather than as a manual audit.
07
The completion write-back into SAP Business One DIS gives operations a check they can make from the ERP rather than by opening Magento.
