How the template works
Every 3 minutes appse ai picks up to 10 created or updated products from Epicor Kinetic, looks each one up in Shopify by SKU, and either updates the existing product or creates and publishes a new one.
Get product details
appse ai retrieves the product number, description and unit price for each changed product.
Find the Shopify product
appse ai searches Shopify for a product whose default variant SKU matches the Epicor product number.
Decide: update or create
If the SKU matches an existing Shopify product, the flow updates it. If not, the flow creates a new product.
Update the existing product
appse ai refreshes the Shopify title and description from Epicor Kinetic and sets the default variant price to the current Epicor unit price.
Create and publish a new product
appse ai creates an active Shopify product from the Epicor description, sets the default variant with the Epicor product number as SKU, the unit price, taxable status and inventory tracking, then publishes it to the available sales channels.
