Carrier status updates arrive as EDI 214 files that staff check and rekey into NetSuite. On a schedule, this template downloads the files from FTP/SFTP, parses each EDI 214 message, finds the matching NetSuite sales order, updates it, and sends a Microsoft Teams alert when no order is matched.
