The Operational Challenge
Shark Gaming's Magento store serves two Nordic markets, Denmark and Sweden. Its 100+ daily orders had to reach the back-office ERP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and other data sets also had to move between the two disconnected systems. For a small team, feeding data into both by hand was cumbersome and slow.
