What This Workflow Does
Teams re-key WooCommerce web orders into Epicor Kinetic, which slows fulfillment and creates duplicate orders. When a new WooCommerce order is created, this template checks Epicor Kinetic for an existing order, finds the customer by email, and creates the sales order header plus one sales order line per product.

How the template works
The flow starts when an order is created in WooCommerce, checks Epicor Kinetic for an existing order and finds the customer by email. It then creates the sales order header and adds one sales order line per WooCommerce line item.
Check for an existing order
Epicor Kinetic is searched for the order. If it already exists, the flow stops so no duplicate is created.
Find the customer by email
The buyer's email address is used to find the matching customer in Epicor Kinetic.
Create the sales order header
A sales order header is created in Epicor Kinetic for that customer.
Split the line items
A code step prepares the order data and splits it into one record per product line.
Create the sales order lines
Each line is added to the new sales order, which completes the transfer.
